The beds were really uncomfortable, but the room was clean and cozy enough.

The barbeque spots nearby were a culinary paradise—try the Parrilla Argentina El Chalten for a sizzling steak that'll blow you away! Loved the spacious common areas for chilling and swapping stories with fellow adventurers. Their breakfast was also pretty top-notch with those fantastic alfajores that made each morning sweeter.
While the soundproofing could've been better, I just cranked up my tunes and kept the vibes going! The facility felt basic for what we paid, but honestly, the overall experience made it all shine.

The room was warm and cozy, making it a nice retreat after hiking all day. It was spacious and clean, which really added to our comfort. I appreciated having a consistent coffee supply available in the common areas. However, there was quite a bit of street noise from hikers passing by, which could be distracting at times.

great location but could improve service
The location was excellent near the start of the Fitz Roy hike with many restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant space to return to after long hikes. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff made my coffee early in the morning without any hesitation.
I found the service to be a bit inconsistent during my stay.

Perfectly situated near the Fitz Roy trailhead, this hotel was an ideal base for our trekking adventures. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making breakfast a delightful start to our day with options like fresh fruits and healthy choices. However, the noise from late-night hikers was a bit disruptive, and WiFi connectivity was inconsistent during our stay. While the room was clean and comfortable, a firmer mattress would have improved sleep quality.

Great location for hiking
Perfect spot close to the Fitz Roy trail and tons of good eats around. The staff helped me with transfers and were super chill. The room was cozy enough and clean. Breakfast was nice—enjoyed some early coffee one morning. The only annoying thing was the noise from people outside, could’ve used some soundproofing.
